Right of withdrawal

For consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB (German Civil Code)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model form set out below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse to you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Our effects, plug-ins, courses, modules and episodes are digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. The right of withdrawal expires early if

  • you have expressly consented to our beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired,
  • you have confirmed your awareness that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal, and
  • we have provided you with confirmation of this.

We obtain this consent before the purchase during the order process. Without it, your right of withdrawal remains in place.

Services (e.g. 1:1 coaching)

For contracts for services, the withdrawal period is likewise fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

If you have requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period has expired, you shall pay us, in the event of withdrawal, a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to your withdrawal compared with the total scope of the service agreed in the contract.

The right of withdrawal expires if we have provided the service in full and only began performance after you had given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us (Section 356(4), Section 357a BGB (German Civil Code)).

Subscriptions

For subscriptions, the right of withdrawal likewise applies for fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract. If you have requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period, you owe us a reasonable amount for the performance already provided up to the withdrawal.

Irrespective of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel a running subscription at any time with effect from the end of the paid period — in your account under “Settings → Billing”.

What this site may load

What is necessary always runs: sign-in, language, cart and the protection of forms. Everything else is your choice.

  • Remember hints: dismissed hints and your step in the tour stay stored beyond the session.
